Elizabeth L. Driscoll
Elizabeth is a member of the Casualty Department and primarily focuses her practice on defending insurance carriers in Personal Injury Protection claims. Elizabeth is also a member of the Fraud/Special Investigation Practice Group, where she defends against intentional/staged losses, as well as medical provider fraud. She has experience conducting Examinations Under Oath and arbitration hearings.
In addition to personal injury protection claims, Elizabeth handles insurance defense litigation for bodily injury cases. She has experience defending premises liability and automobile liability suits, as well as first-party property damage matters.
Elizabeth graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and received her J.D. in 2017. While at law school, she served as an Associate Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal, and a research assistant for two professors. Elizabeth earned a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Global Studies from Hofstra University.
She is admitted in the states of New York and New Jersey.
