Sarah B. Cole Elected to Membership in The American Board of Trial Advocates
Sarah B. Cole, Shareholder and Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington office, has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Marshall Dennehey announced today that experienced litigator Andrew W. Norfleet has joined the firm’s Harrisburg office as a shareholder in the Professional Liability Department. Previously, Norfleet was a partner at Lavery Law in Harrisburg.

Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, announced today that shareholder Thomas F. Brown has been appointed Managing Attorney of the firm’s Orlando office, replacing Bradley Blystone who has retired from the firm. In Tampa, shareholder Lindsay G. McCormick has been promoted to lead the office, succeeding Michael Archibald who retains a robust practice with the firm.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2026 Shareholder Class and Special Counsel Promotions
Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 16 attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm effective Jan. 1, 2026. Additionally, two attorneys have been promoted from associate to special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm’s four core departments – Casualty, Professional Liability, Health Care and Workers’ Compensation – and come from 11 of the firm’s 19 offices.
