Sarah B. Cole Elected to Marshall Dennehey’s Board of Directors
Sarah B. Cole, shareholder and Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington, Delaware office, was elected to the firm’s Board of Directors at its annual shareholders meeting on December 10, 2024. She replaces retiring firm leader Howard P. Dwoskin on the Board and will serve a two-year term that began on January 1, 2025.

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. has renewed its lease at 2000 Market Street in Philadelphia where the Am Law 200 firm has been headquartered since 2012. As the building’s largest tenant, its 10-year, 120,462-square-foot lease renewal signifies the firm’s ongoing commitment to Center City, Philadelphia and the surrounding region, as well as a strategic initiative to scale the firm’s global occupancy footprint to meet current marketplace demand.
Marshall Dennehey Casualty Department Leader Matthew S. Schorr Elected to Firm’s Executive Committee
Marshall Dennehey announced today that, per his election at the firm’s annual Shareholder Meeting on Dec. 10, Matthew S. Schorr, Director of the Casualty Department and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, will replace retiring firm leader Howard P. Dwoskin on the firm’s three-person Executive Committee effective Jan. 1, 2025.
Marshall Dennehey Announces 2025 Shareholder Class And Special Counsel Promotions
Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 10 attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm effective Jan. 1, 2025. Additionally, two attorneys have been promoted from associate to special counsel. Nicole M. Ehrhart has rejoined Marshall Dennehey’s Harrisburg office as Special Counsel in the firm’s Health Care Department. She previously worked at the firm from 2012 – 2021, before leaving private practice to work in the claims department at a national insurance carrier.
