Marshall Dennehey Expands Professional Liability Department With Addition of Randall S. Watts in New Jersey

Experienced litigator Randall S. Watts has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Roseland office as a shareholder in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. He previously was a founding partner and managed his own law firm in New Jersey for seven years. 

Watts has nearly two decades of experience defending clients in professional liability and medical malpractice matters in New Jersey. He represents school boards, school districts and their employees, as well as government, municipal, and other public-sector employees. He additionally represents a wide range of health care providers, including doctors, nurses, physician assistants, hospitals, and care facilities.

A graduate of the University of Richmond, Watts earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a member of the Board of Adjustment for Long Hill Township, New Jersey and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit.
