Marshall Dennehey Selected a "Best Places to Work" in the Philadelphia Region for Second Consecutive Year

The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin one of its 2014 Best Places to Work award recipients in the Philadelphia region. Matthew Keris Authors Book, "Electronic Medical Records and Litigation"

Matthew P. Keris, shareholder in our Scranton office,  has authored the book, Electronic Medical Records and Litigation, published this month by Thomson Reuters Legal.

Matthew Keris and Jason Banonis Elected Leaders of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute

Matthew P. Keris, shareholder in the Scranton office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was elected President of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (PDI) at the organization's recent annual conference. Additionally, Jason Banonis, shareholder in the firm's Bethlehem office, was elected Vice President - North, of the organization. Comprised of lawyers and insurance professionals from across the state, the PDI provides education and networking opportunities for those who defend damages suits and administer claims.

Daniel McDermott Named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

Daniel G. McDermott, shareholder and Co-Chair of the Maritime Litigation Practice Group in the Manhattan office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Membership is by invitation only, and Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
