Sang Woo Lee, associate in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was recently named to the Lawyers of Color (LOC) Hot List for the Eastern U.S. region. The Hot List recognizes outstanding, mid-career minority attorneys under the age of 40, following a nomination process that includes selection committee review and internal candidate research.

Three Marshall Dennehey shareholders have received top honors in the 2014 edition of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine.

For the eighth consecutive year, Daniel J. Sherry, shareholder in the firm's King of Prussia office, has been named to the "Top 100 Attorneys in Pennsylvania" and the "Top 100 Attorneys in Philadelphia" Super Lawyers lists. Mr. Sherry focuses his practice in complex health care liability matters including brain injury litigation and medical malpractice defense.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the June 30th retirement of Peter S. Miller, longtime Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee member, Director of the Workers' Compensation Department, and Managing Attorney of the Philadelphia office. His departure has created opportunities for five individuals -- one a non-lawyer -- to advance to senior management positions at the firm.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the official integration of 25 attorneys from Jones Hirsch Connors Miller & Bull, P.C. and the opening of a 20^th office located in Westchester County, NY. Of the 25 attorneys, five will staff the new Westchester location; 15 will join the firm's existing Manhattan office; and the remaining five will join the firm in Melville, Long Island.

The Casualty Department of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin will hold a complimentary seminar, "Insurance Fraud 360," on Thursday, June 5, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the ACE Conference Center in Lafayette Hill. Designed for insurance fraud professionals, SIU investigators and claims professionals, the program will cover current topics in insurance fraud in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
