Jason Banonis, managing attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Allentown, PA office, has been appointed by Pennsylvania Bar Association President David E. Schwager to a 29-person task force to enable continuation of the legal system during emergencies similar to the Covid-19 pandemic. As one of the civil defense bar representatives, Mr. Banonis will assist the panel in developing recommendations with regard to processes and technology that will enable the legal system to continue operations under crisis conditions. 

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, has added Peggy Smith Bush as Special Counsel in the firm’s Orlando office. The seasoned litigator joins the firm’s Casualty Department defending general casualty, premises liability and product liability claims in a wide range of industries including hotel and resort, food retail, and hospitality, as well as handling a variety of motor vehicle accident litigation.

Rachel A. Ramsay-Lowe, shareholder in the Roseland office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation section. She was “virtually” sworn in on June 18, 2020, and will serve a 3-year term. 

Amanda J. Podlucky, Shareholder in the Orlando Office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Premises and Retail Liability Practice Group.
