Marshall Dennehey Announces C-Suite Promotions and a New Director of Human Resources
Marshall Dennehey announced today that Colleen M. Bannon, Esq., former Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the firm, succeeding Liz Brown who is now Senior Advisor of Operations Management until her retirement at the end of the year. Additionally, former Director of Finance, Frank S. Stransky, CPA, has been named the law firm’s first-ever Chief Financial Officer. The firm also welcomes Karen Williams, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, as its new Director of Human Resources.
Marshall Dennehey Announces New Assistant Director of the Professional Liability Department and New Board Member
Marshall Dennehey has promoted Craig S. Hudson to the position of Assistant Director of the Professional Liability Department. In this capacity, he will assist department director Christopher E. Dougherty with the management of 16 practice groups and approximately 150 attorneys.
Michele R. Punturi Named Director of the Workers’ Compensation Department at Marshall Dennehey
Michele R. Punturi, longtime shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named Director of the Workers’ Compensation Department and has been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors, effective January 1 of this year. In this role, she will manage more than 40 attorneys in 11 offices of the firm. She succeeds Niki T.
Marshall Dennehey Announces 2020 Shareholder Class
Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 12 associates and four special counsel have been elevated to shareholder. Additionally, the firm has promoted one associate to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 10 of the firm's 20 regional offices.
