Insurance Coverage Attorney Todd J. Leon Joins Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in Philadelphia

Insurance coverage attorney Todd J. Leon has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as Special Counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office. 

A member of the Insurance Services Practice Group, Mr. Leon has more than 20 years of experience defending insurers in complex, high-value coverage and bad faith litigation. He has prevailed as lead counsel on multiple coverage claims with values in excess of $1 million. He is particularly experienced in managing cases that involve sophisticated "risk shifting" issues, including both additional insurance coverage and contractual indemnification. 

A graduate of Rutgers College and the Rutgers University School of Law at Camden, Mr. Leon is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the New Jersey Defense Association. He additionally serves on the Board of Directors of Shir Ami, the largest reform synagogue in Bucks County.
