Marshall Dennehey's Michael L. Turner Inducted Into The American College of Trial Lawyers

Michael L. Turner, shareholder and co-chair of the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) on March 2 in La Quinta, California. The ACTL is one of the premier legal associations in North America, composed of the most highly-accomplished trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Membership is invitation-only, and attorneys are evaluated on their trial experience, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2019 Shareholder Class and Special Counsel Promotions

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that 13 associates and two special counsel have been elevated to shareholder. Additionally, the firm has promoted four associates to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 11 of the firm's 20 regional offices.

Class Action & The Marshall Dennehey Horns, the in-house rock-and-roll band at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will compete at the 3rd Annual Law Rocks Philadelphia event on October 18 at the World Café Live to raise money for the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. Law Rocks is a global organization that raises funds for local nonprofits by combining the power of music and the generosity of the global legal community.

Marshall Dennehey Launches New Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the launch of a Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group within the firm's Professional Liability Department. Attorneys in the practice group will counsel and defend clients in all aspects of bankruptcy-related litigation and protect the rights and interests of clients who find themselves as creditors in a bankruptcy.
