Clients Name Marshall Dennehey to the BTI Client Service 100

Marshall Dennehey has earned a coveted spot in the BTI Client Service 100 report, as recommended by corporate counsel. The report is based on research with more than 24,000 buyers of professional services, who rank firms according to performance of 17 activities that drive superior client relationships. Among the report’s findings, Marshall Dennehey was also one of only 50 law firms named to the BTI Midsize Client Service Masters list.

Sarah B. Cole Named Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington, DE Office

Sarah B. Cole, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington, Delaware office, has been named Managing Attorney of the office. She inherits the position from Kevin J. Connors who served in the role for 27 years and who will maintain a robust practice with the firm. The Wilmington office currently houses 18 attorneys who practice in the areas of casualty, professional liability, health care and workers’ compensation litigation.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2023 Shareholder Class - Largest in Firm's 60-Year History

Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 20 attorneys, 12 men and eight women, have been elevated to shareholder effective January 1, 2023. The class is the largest in the firm’s 60-year history and all but one were previously associates of the firm.  These new shareholders represent the firm's four core departments – Casualty, Professional Liability, Health Care and Workers' Compensation – and come from 12 of the firm's 19 regional offices.
