Marshall Dennehey Wins First Place at the 2024 Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work Awards

Marshall Dennehey was named the first place winner in the extra-large company category at the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards, held July 25 at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia. The firm has been recognized among the Philadelphia region’s Best Places to Work every year since 2013 and this is the firm’s fourth time winning their company-size category.

"To win first place for the fourth time in 12 years is just incredible,” said G. Mark Thompson, Marshall Dennehey's President & CEO. "When you think of all the change our industry has experienced during this time, it's gratifying to know that our culture, values, opportunity and quality of people our brand stands for has remained the same -- which is to say, superlative. Every year, administrative professionals, paralegals and attorneys choose to bring their talent to Marshall Dennehey. They make those decisions intelligently, based on our reputation and informed by sources such as Best Places to Work. I am beyond grateful for each and every employee's hard work and ongoing commitment to the success of our firm."

Hundreds of companies submitted nominations to the program, which recognizes a company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. Top employers are ranked according to scores given to the companies by their own workers.

Marshall Dennehey's Delaware Valley locations, including its Philadelphia headquarters and offices in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Mount Laurel, New Jersey; and Wilmington, Delaware, were included in the survey.
