Eight attorneys from the New Jersey offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2020 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, New Jersey Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

In an effort to keep pace with client needs in the evolving health care environment, Marshall Dennehey has launched four new practice groups: Behavioral Health Risk and Liability; Electronic Medical Record and Audit Trail Litigation; Emergency Medical Services; and Telehealth and Telemedicine.

Marshall Dennehey announced today that Colleen M. Bannon, Esq., former Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the firm, succeeding Liz Brown who is now Senior Advisor of Operations Management until her retirement at the end of the year. Additionally, former Director of Finance, Frank S. Stransky, CPA, has been named the law firm’s first-ever Chief Financial Officer. The firm also welcomes Karen Williams, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, as its new Director of Human Resources.

Veteran New Jersey trial attorney Leonard C. Leicht has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin’s Roseland office as a shareholder in the Casualty Department. Highly accomplished in the arena of trucking and transportation litigation, he will continue to focus on commercial motor vehicle matters, as well as personal injury, employment law, civil rights, and other general and professional liability matters.

Marshall Dennehey has promoted Craig S. Hudson to the position of Assistant Director of the Professional Liability Department. In this capacity, he will assist department director Christopher E. Dougherty with the management of 16 practice groups and approximately 150 attorneys.

Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that 12 associates and four special counsel have been elevated to shareholder. Additionally, the firm has promoted one associate to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 10 of the firm's 20 regional offices.
