Tiffany T. Oshiro

Associate

    Tiffany is an associate in the Casualty Department where she defends clients in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, automobile and general liability. 

    Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and her juris doctor all while working full-time as an ERISA litigation paralegal. While attending law school, Tiffany was on the Dean’s List and did 95+ hours of externship work with the Debt Relief Clinic. At the clinic she provided debt-related legal assistance for under-served individuals and filed Bankruptcy petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

    Upon passing the Florida Bar, Tiffany served the community of Hillsborough County Florida for over three years as an Assistant Public Defender. While in this role, Tiffany litigated over 2,000 cases to include: 17 jury trials, 118 motions, and 26 evidentiary hearings. Tiffany’s most notable trial is when she obtained a ‘not guilty’ verdict for her client who was facing 10-years Florida State Prison, by arguing the “not my jacket” defense. After leaving this position, Tiffany worked at a boutique Nursing Home Defense firm where she reviewed a variety of medical records to determine chronology and issues. 

    Tiffany enjoys spending her free time reading and having quality time with her daughter.
