Patrick Calixte

Associate

    Patrick Calixte is an associate in our Casualty Department where he defends insurance carriers in matters involving personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, bodily injury, and general liability. Additionally, as a member of the Fraud and Special Investigative Unit (SIU), Patrick focuses heavily on fraud investigation which involves the assessment and evaluation of both medical provider fraud and fraudulent claims on the part of clients' insureds.

    Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Patrick worked as Plaintiff’s attorney representing various parties in PIP, and First-party property disputes. 

    Patrick received his bachelor's degree from Florida State University. He went on to earn his juris doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Patrick served as a judicial intern for a judge in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida. Patrick also clerked for a successful litigation firm in South Florida.
