Noah S. Jacobs

Associate

    Noah Jacobs is an Associate in the firm’s New York City office, where he practices in both the Casualty and Professional Liability Departments. Within the Casualty Department, he handles fraud investigation, SIU matters, trucking and transportation liability, and automobile litigation. In his Professional Liability practice, Noah focuses on the defense of attorneys in matters involving legal malpractice and employment‑related claims.

    Before joining the firm, Noah earned his juris doctor from Albany Law School. During law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court Program, competing in the ABA National Negotiation Tournament, and served as vice president of the Student Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Oswego.

    Noah also brings government and policy experience from his work at the New York State Capitol, where he assisted state senators with legislative research, constituent matters, and policy analysis. In addition, he worked at ARC Insurance Broker, gaining valuable exposure to insurance operations, risk assessment, and coverage issues.

    When he is not advocating for clients, Noah volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), providing community-based emergency care and support.

    Noah joined Marshall Dennehey in 2024 as a summer associate and law clerk and returned to the firm as an Associate in 2025.
