Westchester

287 Bowman Avenue, Suite 404 Purchase, NY 10577 (914) 977-7300

Marshall Dennehey established its Westchester County office -- the firm's third office in New York State -- in July 2014, in Rye, NY. The office is now located in Purchase, NY, in the iconic RiverView at Purchase office building designed by Emory Roth, the world class architect of the Met Life and GM Buildings in New York City. Our key Westchester County location complements and expands upon the firm's existing offerings in Manhattan and Melville, Long Island.

Marshall Dennehey's expansion in New York is precipitated by the considerable growth of Westchester and the surrounding community as a regional commercial center over the past few decades. The county serves as a vibrant cross-section of business operations for numerous companies headquartered in Manhattan and across the Northeast corridor.

Led by Harold Moroknek, Esq., shareholder and office managing attorney, the Westchester office services clients in the county and throughout the entire New York Tri-State region. Staffed with attorneys in our Casualty, Health Care and Professional Liability Departments, the office's lawyers represent clients in all manner of civil defense litigation including premises, product and general liability; medical and dental malpractice defense; and professional liability matters.

The firm's convenient location, just off I-287 between I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway, provides easy access to major arteries and transit stations. Additional information about the Westchester office is available by contacting Harold Moroknek at 914-977-7316 or hlmoroknek@mdwcg.com.
