Experienced health care liability attorney, Ronald M. Puntil, Jr., has returned to Marshall Dennehey’s Pittsburgh office as a shareholder in the Health Care Department. Mr. Puntil previously worked at Marshall Dennehey from 2004 – 2016.

Nicole Ehrhart, shareholder in the Harrisburg office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF). The PLDF  is a not-for-profit organization designed to bring together attorneys, claims professionals and risk management specialists to share expertise and information helpful to the successful defense of professional liability claims. Ms. Ehrhart will serve a one-year term on the Board.

Experienced litigator Ephraim Jacob (“EJ”) Fink has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as Special Counsel in the firm’s Westchester County, New York, office. Previously, he was a partner in a boutique civil litigation firm in Westport, CT. 

Mr. Fink joins the firm’s Casualty Department, where he will focus on premises and retail liability, auto, trucking and transportation liability, and various professional liability matters. 

Four attorneys from Marshall Dennehey’s Manhattan office and one from the firm's Mount Laurel, New Jersey office, have been selected to the 2020 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers magazine.
