Niki T. Ingram Named the First-Ever Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation
Niki T. Ingram, senior counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named the first-ever Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. The position was created following the nationwide demonstrations against police brutality and racial injustices over the summer of 2020.
Melissa Devich Cochran Returns to Marshall Dennehey as a Shareholder in the Casualty Department
Experienced litigator Melissa Devich Cochran has returned to Marshall Dennehey’s Pittsburgh office as a shareholder in the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Cochran previously worked at Marshall Dennehey from 2005 to 2017.
A member of the firm’s Casualty Department, Ms. Cochran focuses her practice on product liability, particularly asbestos litigation, where she represents and defends national equipment manufacturers, outside contractors and supplier companies. She participates in all phases of litigation throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Jeremy J. Zacharias is Awarded the RPLU Designation From the Professional Liability Underwriting Society
Jeremy J. Zacharias, associate in the Mount Laurel office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been awarded the insurance designation, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY UNDERWRITER (RPLU), from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). The RPLU designation is the only professional credential exclusively for people in the professional liability industry.
Angela DeMary to Speak at Camden County Bar Association Workers' Compensation CLE
Angela DeMary, shareholder in the Mount Laurel office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will be a featured speaker in the Camden County Bar Association CLE program, “Practicing Workers’ Compensation Law Remotely and COVID-19 Type Cases.” The webinar will be held on Wednesday, January 27 from 4:00 – 6:15 p.m.
Marshall Dennehey Announces 2021 Shareholder Class and Special Counsel Promotion
Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that eight associates and five special counsel have been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2021. Additionally, the firm has promoted one associate to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from eight of the firm's 20 regional offices.

Jacqueline M. Reynolds, shareholder in the Health Care Department in the King of Prussia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been elected President of the Montgomery Bar Association. She will serve a one-year term, beginning January 8, 2021.
