Marshall Dennehey has earned a coveted spot in the BTI Client Service 100 report, as recommended by corporate counsel. The report is based on research with more than 24,000 buyers of professional services, who rank firms according to performance of 17 activities that drive superior client relationships. Among the report’s findings, Marshall Dennehey was also one of only 50 law firms named to the BTI Midsize Client Service Masters list.

Michael L. Turner, accomplished litigator and Co-Chair of Marshall Dennehey’s Asbestos Litigation Practice Group, has been elected a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). 

Eight attorneys from Marshall Dennehey’s Mount Laurel and Roseland, New Jersey offices have been selected to the 2023 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

David G. Tomeo, a litigation leader with more than 30 years of experience across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Roseland office as a shareholder in the firm’s Health Care Department. Previously, he chaired the Litigation Department and served as General Counsel at a Livingston, New Jersey based firm. 

In a move signaling the firm’s intention to grow and expand in Connecticut, Marshall Dennehey announced today that Keith McCabe, a veteran trial lawyer with more than 30 years of insurance defense litigation experience, has joined the firm’s New Haven office as a shareholder in the Casualty Department.  
 

Melanie J. Foreman, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Philadelphia office, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. She will serve a three-year term, effective January 2023.
