Alesia Sulock Appointed to the Professional Liability Defense Federation Board

Alesia S. Sulock, shareholder in the firm's Philadelphia office, was appointed to the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) board of directors at the organization’s annual meeting, held September 18 in Las Vegas. PLDF board directors serve three-year terms.

As a member of Marshall Dennehey’s Professional Liability Department, Sulock defends professionals in disciplinary matters and civil lawsuits. She represents attorneys in malpractice, wrongful use of civil proceedings, abuse of process and disciplinary matters. She also defends real estate professionals in litigation and disciplinary actions, advises corporate clients on real estate issues, and represents accountants, nonprofit organizations, and directors and officers in commercial litigation.

She frequently presents on risk management and malpractice avoidance for attorneys across Pennsylvania and co-authors a recurring column on professional liability topics for The Legal Intelligencer. Alesia is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Professional Liability Committee and Ethics Committee and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
