Victoria M. Tesone

Associate

    Victoria is a member of the Casualty Department where she focuses her practice on general liability litigation, including Labor Law 240 construction accidents, premises liability and automobile matters. 
     
    Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Victoria served as an International Tax Associate  where she gained experience with a variety of matters including, but not limited to, real estate, alternative investments, and private equity. 
     
    Victoria earned her juris doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, she served as a student contributor to the New York Real Estate Law Reporter and as the Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review. Her note Interior Landmark Designation and Regulation Policies: Are the Burdens and Benefits Fairly Distributed? was published in the journal. Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Law and English from Lafayette College. 
     
    She is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
