Associate

    Tim is an associate in the Casualty Department handling asbestos and mass tort litigation, where he defends claims brought against various commercial entities. He also has experience handling matters involving general liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction defect and labor law cases.

    Tim earned his juris doctor from the City University of New York School of Law in 2019. While at CUNY, Tim was vice president of the CUNY chapter of the Courtroom Advocates Project (CAP), an organization that helps victims of domestic violence obtain orders of protection from family court. While attending law school, he gained valuable experience interning for the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office and interning in the general counsel's offices of the NYC CCRB and the NYC Health + Hospitals.  

    Tim is the son of Romanian immigrants. He grew up in North Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in German from North Carolina State University in 2014.  Prior to attending law school, Tim was a corrections officer for the Catawba County Sherriff's office in North Carolina.

    Tim is admitted to practice in New York.
