Mark K. McCulloch

Special Counsel

    Mark McCulloch is special counsel in our Casualty Department. He is a legal advocate and counselor with proven experience at all levels of state and federal appellate and trial practice. Mark defends clients in matters involving premises, auto, and rideshare liability. In addition to litigation, Mark provides legal counsel and advice to clients, helping them navigate complex legal issues related to liability and risk management.

    Mark is skilled at identifying potential claims and defenses based upon a comprehensive review of case facts, fashioning appropriate litigation strategies tailored to the specific circumstances of each case designed to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.

    Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Mark defended clients in claims involving first-party, bodily injury and property damage claims. He was a solo practitioner for many years representing criminal defendants in federal and state appellate courts.  

    Mark received his bachelor’s from Emerson College and a master's in public administration from American International College. He earned is juris doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Mark is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
