Hayden B. Milam

Hayden is a member of the Casualty Department handling a wide variety of cases involving premises liability, asbestos and mass tort litigation, and automobile liability. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Hayden was an associate at a defense firm where he handled a wide variety of litigation matters including premises liability, dram shop liability, and subrogation. Hayden also served in the chambers of the Honorable Robert W. Bingham, II, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.

He earned his juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. During law school, Hayden participated in the Rutgers Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided transactional services to start-up business in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

Hayden received his undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University where he studied Political Science and Criminal Justice. He was a member of Shippensburg’s Student Government Association and Model Organization of American States. 

In his spare time, Hayden enjoys golfing, skiing, and going to the beach.
