Edwyna Estime

Associate

    Edwyna is an associate in the Casualty Department. She advocates and defends automobile insurance carriers in PIP benefits, special investigations, and fraud/misrepresentation cases. 

    Edwyna obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2018. She earned her juris doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2022. During her law school career, she was a member of the Nova Trial Association, Moot Court and Nova Law Review. Edwyna wrote and published an article in the Nova Law Review’s Volume 46 Issue titled: Transgender Inmates and Sex Reassignment Surgery in Florida: Why Failing to Provide This Standard of Care is Cruel and Unusual Punishment Under the 8th Amendment.

    After becoming barred in Florida, she began her career at an Insurance Defense firm representing clients in civil litigation. During her free time, Edwyna enjoys working out, binge watching Netflix shows, and attending Performing Arts and Theater shows.
