Edwyna Estime

Associate

    Edwyna is an associate in the Casualty Department. She advocates and defends national and local insurance companies in the areas on general and premises liability, product liability, automotive liability and retail liability.

    Edwyna obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2018. She earned her juris doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2022. During her law school career, she was a member of the Nova Trial Association, Moot Court and Nova Law Review. While being a junior associate in Nova Law Review, she wrote and published an article in Nova Law Review’s Volume 46 Issue titled: Transgender Inmates and Sex Reassignment Surgery in Florida: Why Failing to Provide This Standard of Care is Cruel and Unusual Punishment Under the 8th Amendment.  

    After becoming barred in Florida, she began her career at an Insurance Defense firm. During her free time, Edwyna enjoys working out, binge watching Netflix shows, and attending Performing Arts and Theater shows.
