David F. Leshik

Associate

    David is a member of the Professional Liability Department where he focuses his practice on the defense of errors and omissions claims brought against a broad range of professionals including, insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, corporate directors and officers, title agents, appraisers, brokers, home inspectors, lenders, as well as other real estate professionals. Prior to becoming an associate, David worked for Marshall Dennehey as a law clerk.

    A graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law, David served as President of their Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and was a Dean's Merit Scholarship Recipient for his academic excellence. While attending law school, David also completed multiple legal externships for Penn State Health, the U.S. Army JAG Corps and Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs Department.

    Additionally, while in law school, David came in second place at Villanova's Baseball Filing Day Competition, demonstrating his strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.  Further, he previously gained valuable experience as a summer associate at a midsize law firm focused on a wide range of legal concentrations including real estate and banking, among others. 

    David is licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
