Daniel K. Zachariah

Associate

    Daniel is a member of the Casualty Department handling a wide array of cases relating to insurance litigation and injury defense including matters involving automobile liability, premises and retail liability. Prior to joining our firm, Daniel worked at a plaintiff's law firm where he handled a wide range of litigation matters including personal injury, civil rights, and education law. 

    Daniel earned his juris doctor from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, Daniel won a peer award for his transactional skills and was inducted into the Rubin Public Interest Honor Law Society for his contribution to public interest work. He also served as Vice President of the school’s Christian Legal Society.  Throughout this time, he clerked at multiple public defense offices across the country, including in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, while also clerking for the Honorable Scott DiClaudio in Philadelphia

    Daniel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in both Psychology and Religious Studies, with a minor in Administration of Justice. 

    In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering for shelters in Philadelphia, and boxing.
