Won a defense verdict, even though Social Security Administration found plaintiff totally disabled for injuries suffered in accident. Plantiff's physicians noted hints of malingering. Despite sound evidence and surveillance, plaintiff claimed disability. By using strong medical expert testimony and Facebook evidence, we convinced the jury that claimant was not disabled.
