Attorney received a defense verdict in an automobile negligence case in which plaintiff alleged that she sustained permanent injuries in the form of bilateral carpal tunnel, a cervical herniation and radiculopathy, and a lumbar strain and sprain. She underwent surgery for the right sided carpal tunnel syndrome. The defense presented two medical expert witnesses and a low impact expert. Liability was stipulated.
