Attorney obtained dismissal of all claims against a transportation company via a Motion for Summary Judgment

Attorney obtained dismissal of all claims against a transportation company via a Motion for Summary Judgment.  The 20 year old plaintiff was about to clock in to start working when she was struck by a bus driven by another employee on company property.  She suffered a severe fracture to her leg which required the insertion of hardware, and allegedly resulted in a leg length discrepancy.  Although plaintiff was collecting worker's compensation benefits from our client, she still filed suit against the company. The judge granted our MSJ and dismissed all claims against our client.
