Attorney obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial in a case involving a motor vehicle accident where plaintiff was rear ended by defendant during an ice and snow storm. As a result of the accident, plaintiff alleged that he sustained permanent injuries in the form of a cervical injury with radiculopathy, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome to include the loss of use of his right extremity. At the conclusion of the case, the jury deliberated less than 30 minutes before returning a verdict in favor of defendant finding that plaintiff had not met his burden of proving that defendant was negligent.
