Marshall Dennehey Announces 2023 New Jersey Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

New Jersey Litigation Leader David G. Tomeo Joins Marshall Dennehey’s Roseland Office as a Shareholder in the Health Care Department

David G. Tomeo, a litigation leader with more than 30 years of experience across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Roseland office as a shareholder in the firm’s Health Care Department. Previously, he chaired the Litigation Department and served as General Counsel at a Livingston, New Jersey based firm. 

Sarah B. Cole Named Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington, DE Office

Sarah B. Cole, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Wilmington, Delaware office, has been named Managing Attorney of the office. She inherits the position from Kevin J. Connors who served in the role for 27 years and who will maintain a robust practice with the firm. The Wilmington office currently houses 18 attorneys who practice in the areas of casualty, professional liability, health care and workers’ compensation litigation.

Marshall Dennehey Appoints Robin B. Snyder and Donna M. Modestine to Lead the Firm’s Health Care Department

Marshall Dennehey announced today that shareholders Robin B. Snyder and Donna M. Modestine have been appointed leaders of the firm’s Health Care Department, effective January 1, 2023. Snyder, formerly Assistant Director of the Department, was elevated to Director and Modestine is now Assistant Director. In this capacity, they will manage and supervise the firm’s 65+ health care attorneys throughout 14 of the firm's 19 offices.
