Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that four of the firm's shareholders have been selected as 2013 "Best Lawyers of the Year" by Best Lawyers in America©. They are:

Stephen A. Ryan, King of Prussia, for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants;

"Class Action" made Marshall Dennehey proud at the Regional Finals of the Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands competition, held Saturday, June 1, at Maxwell's in Hoboken. The band did not make it into the top two of seven bands, but is still a contender for one of two wild card slots to be announced in August. If selected, the band will advance to the finals competition at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland in the fall.

Philadelphia, PA – Marshall Dennehey shareholders Niki T. Ingram, Candy Barr Heimbach and Ronda K. O'Donnell have been named to the 2013 "Top 50 Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers" list by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. This is the third time Ingram and Heimbach have been named to the exclusive list, and O'Donnell's first recognition.

John J. Hare, Shareholder and Chair of the Appellate Advocacy and Post Trial Practice Group, presented oral arguments earlier this month in Vanderhoff v. Harleysville Insurance in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. This is the second time that Vanderhoff has been considered by the Supreme Court. R.

John Hare, Chairman of the Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, testified in April before the Pennsylvania Legislature in support of a bill he co-drafted that seeks transparency in the process by which claimants seek compensation from asbestos bankruptcy trusts.

Philadelphia, PA – "Class Action," the in-house rock and roll band at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a regional qualifier in the 13^th Annual Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands Competition, the law firm announced today. Comprised primarily of attorneys, with some IT and Marketing personnel mixed in, the band will compete at the Eastern Regional Finals Competition on Saturday, June l, in Hoboken, New Jersey.
