Four Marshall Dennehey Shareholders Selected "Best Lawyers of the Year" by Best Lawyers in America©

"Class Action" Band Rocks the Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands Competition
"Class Action" made Marshall Dennehey proud at the Regional Finals of the Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands competition, held Saturday, June 1, at Maxwell's in Hoboken. The band did not make it into the top two of seven bands, but is still a contender for one of two wild card slots to be announced in August. If selected, the band will advance to the finals competition at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland in the fall.
Three Shareholders Named to "Top 50 Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers" List
Philadelphia, PA – Marshall Dennehey shareholders Niki T. Ingram, Candy Barr Heimbach and Ronda K. O'Donnell have been named to the 2013 "Top 50 Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers" list by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. This is the third time Ingram and Heimbach have been named to the exclusive list, and O'Donnell's first recognition.

John J. Hare Testifies Before Pennsylvania Legislature in Support of Asbestos Litigation Bill He Co-Drafted
John Hare, Chairman of the Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, testified in April before the Pennsylvania Legislature in support of a bill he co-drafted that seeks transparency in the process by which claimants seek compensation from asbestos bankruptcy trusts.
Marshall Dennehey's In-House Band Named Regional Qualifier in 13th Annual Fortune Battle of the Bands Competition
Philadelphia, PA – "Class Action," the in-house rock and roll band at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a regional qualifier in the 13th Annual Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands Competition, the law firm announced today. Comprised primarily of attorneys, with some IT and Marketing personnel mixed in, the band will compete at the Eastern Regional Finals Competition on Saturday, June l, in Hoboken, New Jersey.
