Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin continues the expansion of its Ohio health care practice with the addition of Jason Ferrante, Esq., as an associate in the firm's Cleveland office. Ferrante focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and has represented hospitals, physicians, and medical professionals in all aspects of health care liability litigation.

Candy Barr Heimbach is being honored by The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Commission on Women in the Profession as the recipient of its annual Lynette Norton Award.

The Norton Award was created in memory of Lynette Norton, a founding member of the PBA Commission on Women in the Profession who died in 2002. Norton was an advocate for young women in the legal profession and worked to promote literacy and women’s rights. The award is designed to recognize and encourage female attorneys who excel in litigation and who are devoted to mentoring female lawyers.

William Banton Jr. of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America.

The induction ceremony at which Banton became a Fellow took place before an audience of approximately 615 attendees during the recent 2013 Spring Meeting of the College in Naples, Florida.

An experienced litigator, Jenny brings her statewide medical malpractice litigation practice to the firm's growing health care department. Throughout her 17-year legal career, Jenny has defended clients in matters related to catastrophic medical malpractice, medical device and pharmaceutical liability, and long-term care.      

December 2012 – Philadelphia, PA – The Executive Committee of the defense litigation firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin (MDWC&G) is pleased to announce that Robin Snyder, Esq. was elected as a member of the firm's board of directors as well as senior vice president at the annual shareholders' meeting in December 2012. T. Kevin FitzPatrick, Esq. and Richard L. Goldstein, Esq. were re-elected to serve on the board of directors.

Philadelphia, PA – Butler Buchanan, III, a shareholder with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been appointed Co-Chair of the State Civil Litigation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Buchanan devotes a significant amount of his law practice to the defense of insurance agents and brokers, securities dealers, and attorneys. His practice also encompasses insurance coverage, generic insurance defense, and commercial litigation.
