Marshall Dennehey has been named a "2014 Best Law Firm" in multiple practice areas, both nationally and across numerous regions of the country. The rankings, which are presented in tiers, are compiled annually by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers, and recognize firms for professional excellence and consistently impressive ratings from both clients and peers. Awards were given in 74 national practice areas and 120 metropolitan areas. 

Marshall Dennehey has partnered with the Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School to sponsor the education of four of its students through the school's unique work-study program. Cristo Rey is an independent, Catholic, college preparatory school for students of all faiths who cannot otherwise afford a private education.

Tashia M. Small, associate in the Jacksonville office, was recently named to the inaugural Lawyers of Color (LOC) Hot List for the Southern U.S. region. The Hot List recognizes outstanding, mid-career minority attorneys under the age of 40, following a nomination process that includes selection committee review and internal candidate research. Originally founded as On Being a Black Lawyer, LOC has been recognized by the American Bar Association, National Black Law Students Association and National Association of Black Journalists.

"Class Action," the in-house rock and roll band at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will perform in the final round of the 13^th Annual Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands competition, to take place September 28^th at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
