Bradley Remick Authors Book on PA Product Liability Law

Bradley D. Remick, shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has authored the book, Pennsylvania Products Liability, published by The Legal Intelligencer.  Mr. Remick is a Supervising Attorney in the firm's Product Liability Practice Group, where he defends Fortune 500 and smaller companies against product liability claims and lawsuits.

Claudia Costa Joins Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in Roseland

Claudia A. Costa has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as Special Counsel in the firm's Roseland office. A member of the firm's Professional Liability Department, she represents private and publicly held corporations in all aspects of employment-related matters. She also defends lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers/agents in malpractice suits, and represents municipalities and townships in civil rights and municipal liability claims.

Alan Carroll (A.C.) Nash, associate with the Fort Lauderdale office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was recently selected as a 2014 Rising Star in the South Florida legal community by the Daily Business Review. Attorneys recognized as Rising Stars have established a record of accomplishments and demonstrated that they are top contributors to the practice of law and their communities. Out of the 40 winners, Mr. Nash was one of only seven law firm associates to be selected.
