Marshall Dennehey Expands Health Care Practice in Ohio
Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the expansion of its Ohio health care practice with the additions of Stacy Ragon Delgros, Shareholder, and Kenneth W. McCain, Associate, to the firm's Cleveland office. Both attorneys focus their practices on medical malpractice defense and health care liability.
Marshall Dennehey Announces New Shareholders, Senior Counsel and Special Counsel
Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that 10 attorneys, half of them women, were elected shareholders of the firm at the annual shareholders' meeting held December 9 in Philadelphia. The new shareholders, categorized by office, are as follows.
Philadelphia, PA: Gregory W. Fox and Carolyn Schweizer, members of the firm’s Professional Liability Department.
Pittsburgh, PA: Danielle M. Vugrinovich, member of the Professional Liability Department.
Marshall Dennehey Announces New Leadership of Casualty Department
Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that shareholders Howard P. Dwoskin and Matthew S. Schorr have been named Director and Assistant Director, respectively, of the firm's Casualty Department. In his role as Director, Mr. Dwoskin, who previously was the Department's Assistant Director, replaces firm president and CEO, Thomas A. Brophy, who has stepped aside to devote his full attention to running the business operations of the law firm.
Jeff Rapattoni Elected Board Member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators
Jeffrey Rapattoni, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey's Cherry Hill office, was recently elected a board member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII). The organization is devoted to the identification, investigation and prevention of insurance fraud. Mr. Rapattoni will serve a two-year term, ending in December 2016.
Corporate Counsel Survey: Marshall Dennehey Cited as a Top Law Firm in Torts Litigation For Second Consecutive Year
For the second consecutive year, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin was cited among the top law firms Fortune 500 companies call upon for torts litigation, according to the results of Corporate Counsel's annual survey, "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies? Firms were chosen based on data obtained through surveys sent to General Counsel at Fortune 500 companies and through public record research in various legal databases.
Tim Ventura Selected as 2015 Board Observer for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled
Timothy G. Ventura, associate in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman and Goggin, has been selected to serve as the 2015 Board Observer for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) as part of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation's Board Observer program.
