Marshall Dennehey Named a "Best Places to Work" by the Philadelphia Business Journal for the Third Consecutive Year

The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin one of its 2015 Best Places to Work award recipients in the Philadelphia region. The award recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. Marshall Dennehey, which was the only law firm named to the list in 2015, was also recognized in 2013 and 2014.

John Hare Appointed to Civil Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court

John J. Hare, Chair of the Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Civil Procedural Rules Committee. He was appointed by Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor and will serve a three-year term.

The Civil Procedural Rules Committee is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's oldest rules committee, consisting of 15 judges and lawyers who are responsible for proposing and reviewing changes to the rules governing civil litigation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Marshall Dennehey Announces New Director of Finance

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that Frank S. Stransky, CPA, has joined the law firm as Director of Finance. Mr. Stransky replaces Ernest DiFilippo, the firm's previous longtime Director of Finance, who will retire in spring 2016. Until that time, Mr. DiFilippo will work closely with Mr. Stransky as he transitions into the position.

Edward Radzik Named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

Edward C. Radzik, shareholder in the Maritime Litigation Practice Group in the Manhattan office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
