Three Marshall Dennehey attorneys are set to speak at three separate sessions at the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) annual conference, to be held April 6 – 8 in Orlando, Florida. The CLM promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management to foster communication and education among both industries.

Niki T. Ingram, Shareholder and Director of the Workers' Compensation Department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a Fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers. Ms. Ingram was inducted into the College during the American Bar Association's 2016 Workers' Compensation Midwinter Seminar and Conference, held March 11 – 12 in New Orleans.

Seasoned trial attorney David J. Fagnilli, Esquire, has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the firm’s Cleveland office. A member of the firm’s Casualty Department, he represents insurers in a wide array of litigation involving commercial and business property losses, construction claims, automobile liability, product liability, personal injury, insurance coverage litigation, toxic torts and other complex matters.

Accomplished workers' compensation attorney, John P. Zeigler, has joined the Camp Hill office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the firm's Workers' Compensation Department.

With 20 years of experience, Mr. Zeigler defends employers, self-insureds and third party administrators in all aspects of Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims. Representing clients from a wide variety of industries, he has appeared before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. 

Matthew P. Keris, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey's Scranton office, has been elected President of the Pennsylvania Association for Health Care Risk Management (PAHCRM). Mr. Keris took office on January 1 and will serve a one-year term.
