Niki Ingram, Eric Fitzgerald and Claudia Costa to Speak at 2016 CLM Annual Conference

Three Marshall Dennehey attorneys are set to speak at three separate sessions at the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) annual conference, to be held April 6 – 8 in Orlando, Florida. The CLM promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management to foster communication and education among both industries.

Niki T. Ingram, Director of Marshall Dennehey's Workers' Compensation Department, will join a panel discussion titled, "The First 48 Hours: CSI." The discussion will focus on workers' compensation and the essential information to be gathered through an incident report from both the claims and litigation perspectives. Resident in the firm's Philadelphia office, Ms. Ingram devotes the entirety of her practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters.

Eric A. Fitzgerald, CPCU, CLU and Assistant Director of the firm's Professional Liability Department, will participate in a panel discussion on the ethical pitfalls that claims professionals and defense attorneys can encounter when defending claims under eroding limits professional liability policies. Mr. Fitzgerald divides his time between the firm's Scranton and Philadelphia offices and also chairs the firm's Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group.

Claudia A. Costa, Special Counsel in the firm's Roseland, NJ, will be a panelist for an employment professional liability session on transgender issues in the workplace and the challenges facing employers. Ms. Costa represents private and publicly held corporations in all aspects of employment law related matters.
