John R. Ninosky Joins Marshall Dennehey's Harrisburg Office as a Shareholder in the Health Care Department

Experienced trial attorney John R. Ninosky has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin's Harrisburg office as a shareholder in the firm's Health Care Department. Highly experienced in medical malpractice, civil rights and general liability matters, Mr. Ninosky has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict in all of Pennsylvania's federal courts and in 11 county courts of common pleas.

Marshall Dennehey Expands Casualty Practice in Florida

Marshall Dennehey has expanded its Florida Casualty Practice with the additions of  Michael J. Bradford and Julie Cunningham Aiello in the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Bradford joins as a shareholder and Ms. Aiello joins as an associate. Both attorneys previously practiced at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel in Tampa.

Robin B. Snyder Named Assistant Director of Health Care Department

Robin B. Snyder, shareholder and member of the firm's Board of Directors, has been named Assistant Director of the Health Care Department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin.  In this role, she will assist T. Kevin FitzPatrick, Director of the Health Care Department, in managing and supervising the firm's 80+ health care attorneys throughout 14 offices. In accepting the position, Ms. Snyder is relocating from the firm's Scranton office to its King of Prussia office, where Mr. FitzPatrick is also located.  

Marshall Dennehey Expands Workers' Compensation Department Into the Sunshine State

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has expanded its Workers' Compensation Department into the state of Florida with the additions of  Heather Byrer Carbone, shareholder; Linda Wagner Farrell, shareholder; and associate Kelly M. Scifres. The attorneys will lead Marshall Dennehey's statewide practice from the firm's Jacksonville office. All three previously practiced workers' compensation defense law at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. in Jacksonville.
