Marshall Dennehey Expands Pittsburgh Health Care Department

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has expanded its Pittsburgh Health Care Department with the addition of  new shareholder, Kristin L. Pieseski.

Ms. Pieseski focuses her practice on the defense of medical and dental malpractice matters. Throughout her career, she has represented the interests of physicians, hospitals, nurses, home health agencies and other health care providers in professional liability litigation, licensure matters and staff privileges disputes in Western and Central Pennsylvania.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2019 Shareholder Class and Special Counsel Promotions

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that 13 associates and two special counsel have been elevated to shareholder. Additionally, the firm has promoted four associates to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 11 of the firm's 20 regional offices.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers & Rising Stars – Daniel Sherry, John Hare and Teresa Ficken Sachs Receive Special Recognition

Sixty-nine attorneys from the Pennsylvania offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2018 edition of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for this honor. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2018 Shareholder Class

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that 14 associates and one special counsel have been elevated to shareholder, with 60 percent of the new shareholder class comprised of women.
