Marshall Dennehey's Michael L. Turner Inducted Into The American College of Trial Lawyers

Michael L. Turner, shareholder and co-chair of the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) on March 2 in La Quinta, California. The ACTL is one of the premier legal associations in North America, composed of the most highly-accomplished trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Membership is invitation-only, and attorneys are evaluated on their trial experience, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

James P. Hanratty Inducted Into The American Board of Trial Advocates

James P. Hanratty has been inducted into the membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation-only, and is reserved for trial lawyers who meet certain qualifications and have significant experience in leading civil jury trials to verdict.

Marshall Dennehey Expands Workers' Compensation Department Into the Sunshine State

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has expanded its Workers' Compensation Department into the state of Florida with the additions of  Heather Byrer Carbone, shareholder; Linda Wagner Farrell, shareholder; and associate Kelly M. Scifres. The attorneys will lead Marshall Dennehey's statewide practice from the firm's Jacksonville office. All three previously practiced workers' compensation defense law at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. in Jacksonville.
