Nicole M. Ehrhart Rejoins Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in Harrisburg
Nicole M. Ehrhart has rejoined Marshall Dennehey’s Harrisburg office as Special Counsel in the firm’s Health Care Department. She previously worked at the firm from 2012 – 2021, before leaving private practice to work in the claims department at a national insurance carrier.
Ehrhart has years of experience in the professional liability arena. Prior to transitioning to medical professional liability, she focused her practice on defending a wide array of professionals including attorneys, architects, engineers, land surveyors, real estate professionals, and insurance agents and brokers. She has additionally represented attorneys with respect to civil rights claims and intentional claims for wrongful use of civil proceedings and defamation actions.
In her role in the firm’s Health Care Department, Ehrhart defends clients in matters involving medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. She provides legal counsel to hospitals, medical practices, long-term care/rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, nurses, dentists, veterinarians and other allied health care providers.

A graduate of Widener University School of Law and Elizabethtown College, Ehrhart is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
