Keeping Up With The Murphy Administration

With a new administration well underway, there have been several changes to existing New Jersey employment laws. Over the last 12 months, New Jersey has implemented the Equal Pay Act, the NJ Paid Leave Act, and a prohibition has been placed on confidential settlements for private companies. In this presentation, Ashley Toth, shareholder in the employment law practice group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will explain all of the new laws impacting New Jersey HR professionals and what companies need to do to protect themselves under the amended legislation.
