Overview
Sabin Jackson is an associate attorney at Marshall Dennehey in the Casualty Department handling premises and retail liability matters along with commercial trucking cases. Prior to joining the firm, Sabin gained litigation experience at another New York firm and served as a law clerk at the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Sabin also spent a summer of law school clerking for the Honorable Norman K. Moon at the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Sabin graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2022. He served as a teaching assistant for an evidence class and as managing articles editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. That journal published his article “Constitutional Risks Associated with the Implementation of Videoconference Technology in Criminal Trials” in its Spring 2022 edition. He also worked for the Rutgers Federal Tax Law Clinic.
When not working, Sabin can be found going on long walks around Manhattan with his wife or watching the Washington Commanders.
