Lori J. Mason

Lori is the newest member of the Professional Liability Department in Marshall Dennehey’s Erie, PA office, where she focuses her practice on the defense of matters involving public entities, businesses and professionals.   

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Lori spent several years working in Western Pennsylvania law firms on defense litigation and in the energy field.  Her practice in the energy arena was unique, where she assisted clients in all aspects of title examinations for coal, oil, and gas.  She also performed large scale due diligence and document review for asset development projects and large scale mineral acquisitions in the Marcellus and Utica Shale. 

In addition, Lori also made her way into to the courtroom as she worked as both an assistant district attorney and an assistant public defender.  

Lori received her juris doctor from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
