Erykah L. Jackson

    Erykah represents and advises employers and their respective insurance carriers solely in workers’ compensation defense matters. She works in the best interest of insurance adjusters and employers to achieve notably exceptional results. Erykah represents her clients from the date of injury or loss all the way through to settlement or final hearing. Her experience also includes the defense of municipalities and government entities under the Florida Heart and Lung bill.

    Erykah graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. She served as the third year class representative for the Hispanic American Law School Association, a tutor for the Student Bar Association, and a student volunteer for the Black Law Student Association.

    Prior to embarking on her legal endeavors, Erykah attended Florida International University in Miami, where she was a well known advocate for current and former foster youth. Traveling to Washington, DC, Erykah advocated for the need and importance of the Department of Children and Families University Tuition Exemption Waiver.
