Emily D. Totoro

Emily is a member of the Professional Liability Department where she focuses her practice on representing and defending insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes and first-party property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a law clerk for the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson, P.J.Cv. in the Superior Court of New Jersey.  

Emily received her juris doctor from Catholic University. During law school, she was an executive editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and a member of Catholic’s Family Law Clinic. She also served on the executive board of Students for Public Interest Law, which prioritized pro bono work within the Washington, D.C. community. 

In 2018, Emily received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
