Deeba D. Haeri

Deeba is a member of the firm’s Casualty Department, where she primarily focuses on defending insurance carriers in SIU-related matters and personal injury protection claims. Her work includes evaluating both medical provider fraud and intentional/staged losses. She routinely handles first party auto insurance claims, fraud/special investigations, and affirmative litigation recovery actions and RICO. 

Deeba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics (Actuarial Science), with a minor in Economics, from Binghamton University. She then attended Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 2024. Deeba is admitted to practice in New York.

Outside of work, Deeba enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
